UK Express Delivery

Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for UK Express Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered the next day using this service. For orders placed before 12pm on a Friday with UK Express Delivery selected, delivery will we made the following Monday. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday with UK Express delivery selected, delivery will be made the following Tuesday. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. UK Express delivery is not available on personalised or bespoke product orders. Please allow up to 5 working days in addition to your chosen delivery service for your watch to be personalised or for jewellery to be engraved.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, your online purchase can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders  . Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition. Any redeemable gift with purchase items must be included when returning an order for a full refund.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unwanted returns on any products that have been personalised. We are also unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
